What we will and will not respond to
We respond to substantive editorial inquiries, corrections requests, methodology questions, and press inquiries about real product or coverage matters. We respond to confidential tips and treat tipsters' identifying information with appropriate care.
We do not respond to outreach from app makers requesting "promotional opportunities," "review consideration in exchange for early access," "sponsored placement," or any of the related categories. These messages are read once and discarded; we do not maintain a media-buyer list. Press inquiries about substantive product changes (a new AI model rollout, a major pricing change, the launch of a feature category we cover) are welcome at press@clinicalnutritionreport.com and may trigger an out-of-cycle re-test of the affected app.
We do not respond to individualized clinical questions ("what should I eat?", "is this app right for my GLP-1 protocol?") because we cannot ethically respond to such questions through a contact form. For individualized care, please consult a Registered Dietitian licensed in your jurisdiction; the Commission on Dietetic Registration maintains a public directory at eatrightpro.org.
